On the ground floor of an ancient Tuscan stone house, in the Montagnola Senese area, we offer a large 210m² apartment with traditional fine furnishings, with three bedrooms, 8 beds, two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a large kitchen . On two sides of the house there is a beautiful porch, overlooking the lawn, where you can spend relaxing moments. You can walk in the large park of old oak trees behind the house to the pond. You can immerse yourself in reading or relax on the lawn, in complete solitude and looking up, among the branches of the trees, you will see the profile of the surrounding hills covered with woods. We have ample parking facilities with many parking spaces, one of which is covered. We are easily accessible from the Siena-Florence motorway junction, the house is in the municipality of Casole d’Elsa about 2 km from the small village of Pievescola, where there are shops and restaurants. If you love walking and moving there are many marked paths for walking and hiking and mountain biking. A few km from us there is the possibility of riding courses and horseback riding and also of bicycle rental. An ideal stay for those who love nature and tranquility, sports activities and an exceptional starting point to easily reach some of the most important places of historical and cultural interest in Tuscany such as Siena (30 km), Florence (60 km), San Gimignano (30 km), Monteriggioni (25 km), Volterra (35 km), Castellina in Chianti (32km). Not to mention that in just over an hour's drive you can also get to the sea, on the splendid Maremma coast. Summary: We had a great time and appreciated the helpfulness of the neighbor. Lots of things to see in the area and oh the views driving there are spectacular. Single level, we ate out more than in, beds were comfortable.

Summary: Great location for exploring Tuscany, close to Florence and Siena. Lots of interesting places close by. Quite country location, more suited to larger parties but that didn't stop us enjoying this property. Host replied to messages almost instantly. You have full use of the ground floor, the family above are really nice and Max will help with any issues or queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: If you want to have an incredible stay in Tuscany, I strongly recommend you to rent this house! First of all, the host Giulia is really lovely as she gave us many tips and good addresses, which is very useful when you don't know the area. The house is very spacious (210 square meters), comfortable and thanks to its thick walls, we did not suffer the heat of the Tuscan summer. We made homemade pizzas using the traditional oven, the barbecue in the garden made for a great evening of grilling and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking (I recommend you watch the sunrise). Finally, the house is perfectly located as it is only 30 minutes away from San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena, which are incredible places not to be missed in Tuscany. So go for it!
