Positive: Incredibly beautiful place! Very rich breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The staff is very caring and responsive. They offer homemade wine and olive oil, of very high quality! We used the place as a starting point to explore Tuscany.

Negative: We didn't like the cleanliness of the room. The room we stayed in had no mosquito nets, and was full of mosquitoes.

Negative: The bed was not very ergonomic for our choice, sound isolation between rooms can be improved.

Positive: We loved the property. Large, clean rooms. Beautiful landscaping, relaxing area, excellent pool, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Near autostrada for day trips. Excellent staff.

Negative: Due to government regulations, there was no air conditioning on. During the day was warm, but fortunately we were on a trip or at the pool. At night, it cooled down. No screens on the windows, so we could not open the windows at night due to mosquitoes.

Summary: A beautiful place to relax with friends. We definitely recommend!

Positive: The restaurant on the property is excellent and good value for money. The room came with a large terrace which we enjoyed. Breakfast was also very good.

Negative: At times it was a little noisy. One day the lawns were cut, which is fine if you are out during the day, and of course it's got to be done, but it just went on all day.

Positive: Beautiful villa in a very picturesque place. Very good location to travel around Tuscany. The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant at the property, which is great benefit and breakfast was also quite good.

Negative: If you want to go out somewhere without a car, it is quite complicated. There is no public transport, so the only option is taxi, which is too expensive.
