Positive: So relaxing atmosphere, wonderful surroundings and so close to Siena. The host was incredibly helpful and replied to messages within the hour. A full stopped kitchen with herbs and cleaning products and washing facilities, absolutely wonderful day.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: We loved our short stay here, and will definitely return. The pool being open all evening was a delight for the children

Positive: A beautiful property surrounded by nature and only the sound of crickets to be heard. The house is very clean and has everything you need - whilst we enjoyed restaurants suggested by our host, we had fantastic dinners on the terrace with magnificent views. The house is split in 2 apartments however everyone has their own space and area so we enjoyed our privacy with our family. Thank you so much to our hosts for their warm welcome, responsiveness and insider tips - we do hope to come back ( heard the house is also great in autumn during mushroom season 😊)

Positive: Beautiful, had all the facilities we needed and in a stunning location! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Negative: The lack of mosquito nets, other than that - nothing. You do need a car and the nearest big super market is 25 mins away but if you plan well it’s absolutely fine.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The pool was perfect and so was the view! We are considering coming back with our family 1

Positive: Our host is amazing-- he met us at the property and was friendly and welcoming. The property is gorgeous- set in the hills and vineyards with beautiful outdoor spaces. We rented the 3 bedroom section with the downstairs sitting area. Everything is perfect- clean, comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and perfectly situated for visits to the surrounding vineyards, Siena, Florence (by train) and to the amazing villages of the Chianti region. Each bedroom has a private bath and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 large, beautiful sitting areas and the kitchen area is very big. We loved EVERYTHING about our 7 day stay at the property. They are adding a pool to the property and we hope to return. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Positive: An absolutely magical place!! The villa is utterly charming - super clean, cosy, spacious and with everything you need. It feels like a home away from home. There are stunning views from every window and great facilities outside for enjoying the scenery. Duccio was so helpful, kind and a good communicator. We also loved the Chianti location for exploring the wider Tuscany area. Perfect!

Positive: This home is in an ideal location, close to the charming town of Siena, wineries, and just a short drive away from Castellina, a unique village with a castle offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Tuscan valley. The owners have taken painstaking measures to assure the home is clean, decorated beautifully, and comfortable so that everyone can enjoy it and truly have a memorable vacation. It is evident the owners have put their whole heart into this charming vacation home. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and is well stocked for those who might want to cook a few meals. There is a cozy fireplace one can use for cooler times of the year, but the home has heating as well. All the "niceties" of home are there such as a microwave, drip coffee maker, espresso maker, and hair dryers in the bathrooms. Duccio, our host, could not have been nicer. He was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and gave us all the needed info regarding local eateries, wineries, and places to visit to enhance our stay. We truly liked everything about Podere Lucignano II.
