Positive: This place was incredible. The location was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and so much more. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed so much longer. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel like we were family. Each morning, we were served a beautiful arrangement of breakfast foods. It was a continental breakfast, but how it was presented made you feel like you were in a spa like place. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly and rainy to eat outside looking out over the valley, but even inside was so homey and comfortable. The hosts provide dried pastas, sauces, spices and beverages that the guests could use. They used an honor system for guests to write down what they take and then it comes off the bill at the end of the stay. There is some nice walking paths around to just enjoy the tranquil environment , which we did one of the days. We enjoyed a private farm tour and wine tasting from one of the hosts. He spent so much time with us and we learned so much about the vineyards and the various olive trees on the property. The accommodations were really nice. We even enjoyed cooking pasta dish in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about this place and the kindness we received. Of all the places we went in Italy, we would want to come back and stay for a longer time period. The place was so close to all the different village towns for day trips.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about this place!!! The only thing that we would have enjoyed if it was warmer would be the pool looking over the beautiful valley and watching the sunset. We didn't make it back in time to see any of the sunsets since we were visiting different village towns throughout the day.

Positive: Such a wonderful stay at a busy working farm and vineyard. The hosts, AJ and Douglas made the experience top notch. The accomodations were cozy and comfortable. The amenities including home baked and locally sourced breakfast, ingredients available for purchase to cook in your apartment, beautiful pool grounds and amazing views made the whole visit a highlight of our trip to Italy. AJ provided an extensive tour of the farm and vineyards, offered detailed insights on the wine making process, and answered all our questions with humor and patience.The wine tasting was set up beautifully outside on the property and the wine was delicious. Their enthusiasm for what they are building was contagious and their personal attention to their guests makes the visit more special. Hope we can return someday!
