Positive: Great facilities, 3 pools to choose from, we had two rooms and both met our expectations, mine had a private balcony which overlooked the pool area and had great views of the mountains and surrounding scenery(ask if rooms two is available when booking 😀) staff were fantastic and always going the extra mile for any request made, onsite bar and restaurant facilities were great to use when not dining out, very quiet and peaceful if you just want to be away from crowds or large parties and with only 7 rooms in the hotel you practically have the place to yourself which we really enjoyed, it is used for private functions/weddings but we were not disturbed by any that were on during our stay, might be good to ask if anything going on while you are there, can't fault the place 😀

Negative: Not an issue for us but it is about a 50 minute walk to the town centre and 40 minutes to Schio train station thtat can take you to Vicenza and then get a connecting train to Venizia/Verona, but if you haven't hired a car then you should be prepared to walk, there are no local taxi services in the town so if you need one you'll be advised it has to come from Vicenza or Padova and that will add to the cost of your fare, there does look to be a regular bus service but we did not use that, about 10 minute walk from the hotel is a EuroSpar that we found handy and just as you get on to the main road and turn right there is a very nice pizza restaurant.if you dont want to walk into the town, the town also has plenty of bars/cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Positive: This little piece of heaven is a must for travelers to Italy who want to experience authentic Italian culture rather than feel like tourists. We were fortunate to stay here for four nights and were deeply impressed, not only by the stunning views and beautiful grounds, but also by the delicious food and the warm, welcoming staff. The staff were perfect: discreet yet attentive, courteous, and always smiling. The food exceeded every expectation; from appetizers to dessert, everything was meticulously prepared and of the highest quality. The location is also ideal, with short drives to Verona, Vicenza, Asiago, Bassano del Grappa, and many more wonderful destinations. We highly recommend this lovely place.

Positive: Superb hotel surrounded by a beautiful and large garden area. Great pool area with three different pools and enough shades available. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and gave an extra room when the air conditioning wasn't working 100%. Rooms were very stylish and clean. Italian style breakfast where quality rules over quantity.

Positive: The hotel is tucked away out of the centre of town. The grounds are wonderful and a morning walk around the lake was so lovely. Even at night the grounds are beautifully lit. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The food was great and the restaurant superb in the evening. The best part of staying at the hotel were the owners and staff, who were very warm and welcoming. We were looked after so well and it was obvious that they are a very happy team. We will definitely go back.

Positive: The location is convenient to visit my mom in the nursing home ( 18 minutes walk) and the ground s are beautiful.

Negative: Location set on a hill surrounded by the “piccole Dolomiti”. Beautiful vegetation and a little lake.
