Positive: This is the first property on Booking.com where I truly have nothing to complain about – and also the first one to which I gave a full 10 for cleanliness. Every category easily deserves the highest score. Alice is a wonderful host – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is simply magical. If you're looking to disconnect from the chaos of a big city, this is where you should be. I completely lost track of time and I don’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed while traveling. The surrounding nature and peaceful location surely help, but the presence of animals – cats and chickens – adds so much charm. And at night, you can even see fireflies dancing around the garden. Pure magic. The house is stunning and full of character, built in a truly Tuscan style. The room was very well equipped. I saw a comment once saying the kitchen could be better equipped, and I must disagree – a good cook doesn’t need much, and everything you actually need is there. Besides, Alice is happy to help if something’s missing – we asked to borrow a kitchen scale to weigh our luggage and it was no problem at all. And her breakfasts… wow! Every single dish was delicious, but the yogurt cake was simply a dream. I genuinely cannot put into words how wonderful this whole experience was. Thank you, Alice – we will be back!

Negative: While we personally found the narrow unpaved road (wide enough for just one car) leading to the accommodation quite charming, we can imagine that some guests might see it as a drawback. Also, while communication was smooth for us as we had not many requests, a better command of English on the host’s side could be helpful for international visitors. Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Tuscany at this charming apartment. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the lovely surroundings. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and we often had it all to ourselves, which made it feel incredibly peaceful and private. Breakfasts were delightful, with fresh coffee that set the perfect tone for our mornings. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. We also loved the friendly atmosphere, especially the owners’ dog, who added a special touch to our experience. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made some of the hotter days a bit uncomfortable. However, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Positive: Nice and quiet. After one day we felt relaxed. Beautiful building and few guests. Mostly had the swimming pool to ourselves.

Negative: Hot and no air-conditioning. Be aware breakfast is not included in the price. After the booking you get a mail if you want breakfast and you have to pay extra for that.

Summary: Beautiful location, but hot.

Positive: The place is super quiet and you can truly relax. The Pool is always clean - its cleaned every day or even more than once per day. The Kitchen is fully equipped and rooms are very clean as well. We actually prolonged the stay as we liked it so much , as luckily for us ,the room was not occupied.
