Positive: NO BREAKFAST SERVED. WE MADE OUR OWN WITH FOOD PURCHASED AT LOCAL WALMART. THE HOUSE WAS OPEN AND AIRY. THE BATHROOMS HAD ENOUGH HOT WATER. A GRILL OUTSIDE ON THE DECK WHICH WE USED ONE TIME. THE LOCATION WAS QUIET & WOODED WITH NEIGHBORS CLOSE BY. TRASH CANS LEFT OUT BY THE CURB SO WE DID NOT NEED TO PUT THE CANS OUT FOR TRASH PICKUP. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS IN TOBYHANNA. BEDS COMFORTABLE WITH TWO BEDROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR & TWO ON THE MAIN FLOOR. FINISHED BASEMENT WITH POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, WASHER, DRYER. LOTS OF COMFORTABLE CHAIRS IN LIVING ROOM. LARGE TABLE IN AREA CONNECTED TO THE KITCHEN.

Negative: THERE WERE COBWEBS ON MOST OF THE WALLS. THE DISHWASHER BROKE AFTER USING IT ONE TIME. THE ONLY FRYING PAN WAS TEFLON WITH MOST OF THE TEFLON GONE. THERE WERE 4 POOL CUES BUT ONLY 2 HAD TIPS ON THEM. THE PING PONG PADDLES WERE IN BAD SHAPE. THE COFFEE TABLE IN THE BASEMENT WAS COVERED IN FINGERPRINTS.

Summary: I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF THE CONS WERE FIXED.
