Positive: Easy to locate, madaming makakainan sa vicinity. The host is very accomodating and the property is really clean. You get yout money's worth

Negative: Not very quiet since it is along the road and also not very secure. It is in a commercial building, easily accessible by anyone since walang guard and very open lang. Door lock not very secure also, walang double lock.

Positive: All I can say is 10 out of 10! The place, the household needs inside, everything was clean and beautiful. My family and I stayed there for 4 days, and it was very affordable since we got a discount from booking.com. The place was super comfortable—it really felt like being in your own home. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to Batangas and need somewhere to stay!

Positive: Just a 10min drive from the city and the road is good. The place is perfect for us, near establishments like alfamart, talipapa market, carinderia, 5 pesos barako coffee, we can cook, has plates, pots, pans, etc and the rate is a steal! I will definitely book again.

Negative: Comment on the cr, needs deep cleaning and fix the toilet seat. Aside from that, all good.
