Positive: The property was in the perfect location short walk to the beach and town center. The apartments were set up perfectly for a large family!! Plenty of room to relax. It was beautifully designed and very clean! Everything you could need while traveling was there, even umbrellas to take to the beach!! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use and had everything to cook a meal. We enjoyed sitting on the back terrace and standing on the balconies overlooking the town. Maria the hostess was so helpful and welcoming and we appreciated her hospitality!

Negative: I have nothing negative to say about this property!

Summary: Perfect in every way! Beautiful apartment, wonderful host in a magical town! I can’t wait to come back!!

Positive: Beautiful new apartment, great equipment, very practical and user-friendly. We didn't miss anything. Gioiosa Marea is a very nice place, where you can easy take a look into common life of local italian people (almost no one stranger was here). Everything is very close to the apartment. Maria was very nice and helpful host. Many thanks for everything ❤️

Negative: Despite it's no problem to get to this place by train, I would rather more recommend this apartment for people with car (not every train stops here, so sometimes the travelling by train can be a little bit more difficult).

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is equipped with everything you might need - kitchenette, washing mashine, iron… And it is spacious, brand new and cozy. The A/C was surprisingly quiet. After our stay in Palermo, we appreciated the calmness of the town - and the water pressure in the shower :-) Maria, the owner, was very kind. If we arrive to Gioiosa again, we will definitely stay here.
