Summary: We had a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant downstairs was very good! If you like unique, historical hotels this is for you!

Summary: The rooms are in keeping with the vintage character of the inn. Amenities are pretty minimal. The bathroom was extremely small with no hooks for towels or bathrobes. The air conditioning was on constantly and was very noisy. However, everything else was pretty great. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Good value for the money.

Summary: I always love staying at the Plumsteadville Inn! The rooms are charming. The staff is gracious, attentive and extremely welcoming. The restaurant has a varied menu and the food is delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stay, I highly recommend it!!

Summary: It is an historic home. Come understanding that. Window unit AC that worked well. Limited outlets for charging. No overhead lights or fan so the room is dark. It’s clean and the staff was responsive.

Summary: The room was very nice. We could not find sufficient outlets for two sets of hearing aid chargers along with cell phone chargers. There were none in the bathroom and the lamp on one side of the bed either was inoperable or had a burned out bulb. We requested a bulb replacement but none was provided. We had lots of help getting our few bags to the room.

Summary: Dinner in their restaurant was the high point of our stay. The food was well-prepared, presented and served. We loved everything we ordered. On the other hand, the room left a little to be desired. We understand the inn is old, and we expected some unique and interesting furnishings. Instead, our room looked like it had been furnished from a thrift store with mis-matched tables, a simple bed, lamps connected to extension cords and a dorm fridge by the window. A noisy window AC unit helped keep the room cool, but there was also air blowing loudly from a central air system. The shower was tiny with no room to set anything. We were expecting so much more and it was disappointing.
