Summary: The house was well maintained and kitchen very well equipped. The backyard was nice for hanging out. Proximity to New Hope was convenient. Host was responsive.

Summary: We drove up to this quaint 1920s home. We were so excited. The place was so cute. The property was awesome. The beds were comfy and the shower and bathrooms were clean, which was important to us. The home had a cute pellet fireplace and a chimney outside. The host was great at communication and made us feel very comfortable. It was literally a little over a mile to Peddler’s Village and about 10 minutes to New Hope. Easy drive and Ubers were quick.

Summary: Lovely property with lots of space, we particularly loved the outdoor space for our pups. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well set up for preparing meals. We loved the library and record collection as well! A short way to New Hope, Stockton, and Lambertville as well. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This location was perfect for us !! The proximity to Peddlers Village was great !! The house was clean and adorable, so much character . We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning in the kitchen bird and deer watching .

Summary: 4 of us stayed here. Lance was very responsive when we had a question. Easy to get to Peddlar’s Village, New Hope and Lambertville,. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. It was a rainy and cold weekend so we did not enjoy the yard.

Summary: A gem in New Hope with lovely grounds, fabulous gardens and everything needed for a comfortable, welcoming stay! Close to everything New Hope and Lambertville have to offer. Lance is a terrific host, thoughtful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back to stay for our next visit to Bucks County! Thank you Lance & family!

Summary: We rented the house because my son was getting married in New Hope. I had to bring my two German Shepherd's with us PLUS my daughter's blind Shar Pei. Lance was wonderful about bringing all 3 dogs. He even left out dog bowls, dog toy, and biscuits for my pups! Would definitely recommend this property! The home is clean and plenty of room. BIG back yard with a veggie garden and fruit trees.
