Positive: Lovely property clean and comfortable. Well placed for touring Yorkshire

Negative: Just the back of the property which was messy. However the back door couldn’t be opened to go out . To be fair I would think the owner would intend to tidy this area up and make it accessible. I believe it is an ongoing project. Certainly what he has done so far is excellent.

Positive: We had my 80 year old mum with us this time,so we needed a place with easy level access which plum cottage was ideal for It was clean and comfortable with most things you would need for a good stay.

Negative: We had my 80 year old mum with us with limited mobility, so we noticed Just a few things that would make the stay more comfortable The shower needs a shelf/caddy to put your soap, shower gel etc and there was no toilet roll holder We had to move sofa so that we could all watch the TV comfortably I think that all property owners should spend a couple of days in their holiday homes to see what is needed

Positive: The location was great. Knaresborough town centre not far away. The TV has YouTube on it as well as catch-up tv services, hob works well for simple meals. Bed was comfortable as well. Wall art is beautiful and really evokes a sense of peace and gives space to quiet fully reflect. Parking space for my car was excellent. The wi fi speed is ultrafast, works well for watching tv especially.

Negative: Hair trap for the shower could have been unblocked as the shower tray filled with water. Water in the basin took a while to go down, possibly a little blockage in the pipe. No big deal as everything else was perfecto. 👌

Negative: Could do with slightly better lighting in the main bedroom, not a bad criticism, but as we were working and up early, it was still very dark for putting my makeup on... maybe a light up mirror would make it easier for us ladies!
