This beautiful 4 bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is located in the heart of Pleasure Point; a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The home is meticulously landscaped and comes completely furnished with all of the comforts of home. The backyard has a hot tub that is kept at 102 degrees, large comfy chairs, two gas fire pits and ample space for lounging. Also, there are surfboards for your use to play at the beach!
NOTE: As indicated above, this house is in a serene enclave which is part of the house’s wonderful charm. Per county code, QUIET HOURS for all Santa Cruz rentals in the Live Oak area are 10pm to 8am. And we like to be considerate to our neighbors. We don’t like to turn folks away—we love all our guests—but if you are looking to have a boisterous party long into the night, please look for another property. Thank you for your understanding.
