Stone village house entirely renovated, located in the center of Maureillas las lilas. House very pleasant to live, with furniture and new bedding. Close to many shops, our house is located 5 minutes from the baths of Boulou, 5 minutes from Ceret, 15 minutes from the baths amelie baths, 20 minutes from the sea (argeles), 10 minutes from the Spanish border . C, is ideal location for a spa cure or enjoying a family vacation. Our house is a village house, totally renovated (kitchen, bedding, furniture). It is equipped with reversible air-conditioning and double glazing. Thanks to a door in brick partition, you have access directly from the living room to a beautiful terrace of more 20m2, ideal to enjoy the weather, to eat meals or to store bicycles or other. The house is a two storey house with spiral staircase in wood and stone apparent around. On the ground floor, there is the living room and the kitchen. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom and a bathroom (Italian shower, WC, washbasin). In the 2nd one another room and a room (office and tidying up) this one will remain close. Summary: Perfect house for 2-4 people, with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, and comfortable kitchen/reception area. Located near the centre of the village, with a bakery just 2 mins walk out the door.

Summary: Well equipped and comfortable. Near to all village shops and several restaurants. Maureillas has much to offer anyone who wants to experience French village life. Owners greeted us personally which was much appreciated. Great base for a holiday exploring the area.
