Lovely 80m2 apartment plus 25m2 terrace in a residence bordered by pine trees with swimming pool. Located 4 minutes walk from one of the most pleasant beaches in the south west of the island of Ibiza, Cala Vadella. The fully renovated apartment can accommodate 5 people and benefits from high quality services. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined) as well as an extra bed and a baby bed. Large living room with open kitchen and central island, as well as a lounge area, 2 shower rooms each with WC. Reversible air conditioning, wifi, television (French satellite, French channels). Perfectly equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
The terrace overlooking the garden offers a shaded summer lounge with sofa and coffee table as well as a solarium area with 2 deckchairs and outdoor shower. Bed linen and towels provided.
We have an unlimited WiFi subscription.
The very pleasant residence is made up of small 2-storey buildings spaced from each other for perfect tranquility. It also offers a swimming pool with a children's pool, open from May to October with a bar area and a small supermarket.
Check in normally takes place from 3 p.m. and check out at 10 a.m. In the case of a late arrival we do not charge a supplement but it is imperative to notify us in order to organize the delivery of the keys.
Cala Vadella is a very pleasant and family-friendly cove where you will find restaurants and beach bars. Summary: We have stayed in there complex before and always loved its location, as its only 5 min walk to the beach. But when we got into Isabelle place, we where very happy as she done a wonderful job on her place. Every thing was clean and everything you need is there, we had a two week stay and we both did not want to go. As a Super Host myself, 10 out of 10. Warm regards Lisett and James.

Summary: The apartment is the perfect size for a small family. It has all the amenities one needs. It is quiet, immaculate and well equipped and the stylish presentation a delight. It is situated just a five minute walk from the pretty beach of Cala Vadella, with a small array of beach-front restaurants and a mini supermarket. The pool is a 30 second stroll, albeit we prefer the beach so subsequently did not use it. There is ample parking which helps, as the taxi situation is poor in Ibiza this year and if one wants to explore other beaches etc then a car is essential. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in the south and we would highly recommend this apartment

Summary: This apartment is perfectly suited for adults or families. Very pretty situation surrounded by gardens and the swimming pool just across the road. Quiet area, and only a few minutes from Cala Vadella beach itself, in the pretty south-west corner of Ibiza. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful base for a holiday on the island. Having the use of a car is advisable.
