Positive: Great location, coffee capsuls, clean place and building.

Negative: There are NO WALLS in this house. it's just a paper between you and neighbors. If you are noisy, you have to pay a penalty to the owner, but nieghbours stay wake till 3 am and have a party and shout behind the phone!!!!! It's just like niegbours sit next to you !!!!!! There is no way that guests can lock the property from inside, and the lock opens with a touch of a baby finger(digital lock), and toddlers can go out easily or any one can come to the house who would just have the code!!! It's so weird. Despite that, we requested to swith on the heater before our arrival (because of our toddler), and onwer said *Ok*,but he did not swith on and its was quite cold on january night.
