Positive: - The hostess Pilar was super responsive and ready to help. - The view from the terrace was even better in real life. - The flat was very well-equipped. Apart from a washing machine, you had everything you needed for a short stay. If you really need to do laundry, you could find a laundromat at Icod de Los Vinos, just a short drive away. - The WiFi was good too. We had no problem playing football games on our notebook. - Icod was a good base for exploring the north if you rented a car.

Negative: - The mattresses were a bit too soft to our liking. - It's not easy finding a parking space right in front of the building if you come back later than 8pm. However, we could always find a spot at the Del Mar estate nearby.

Positive: the apt is very well equipped, excellent position if you like to be in a quiet area.You need a car but that is a must if you want to visit the whole island. communication with Pilar was excellent and helped us with info about the roundabouts. the view of the ocean is a plus . we appreciated everything so much.

Positive: Very nice and spotless apartment facing the ocean. Everything that one could need was available. The host decorated the apartment with flowers and left a bottle of wine, some snacks, fruits and sweets for us. There is a parking lot in front of the building; should not be spots available here, there is a bigger one down the street. The host is very friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to any requests you may have: it gave us information about restaurants, grocery stores, festivals, points of interest, etc.
