Summary: I did not feel the room we got was worth what I paid. We were far away from everything. The hotel was not staffed for the amount of people they had and the supervisor at checked in even offer to cancel my reservation when I complained about the room we got

Summary: My wife and I came for a quick couples weekend for her birthday and we believe we found our spot for FL Keys trips. The room was spacious and very nice, resort has a nice beach for the Keys and the sunset was great, we timed a dinner water table at Sol perfectly to watch the sunset as we were finishing our dinner. Ammenities were good and restaurants were good overall on-site with some good options nearby off-site as well. We will definitely return.

Summary: It was difficult for me to write a review for this hotel since we had a mixed experience. This is a great property! Right in front on the water with a very nice private beach and pool. AMAZING water views with incredible sunsets and lots of entertainment. The facilities are very good, spotless and modern. All the staff with no exceptions are VERY friendly and willing to help. We rented a Hobiecat and it was great experience. Food at restaurants was great and varied. Nevertheless, we encountered few maintenance issues on the property. Upon arrival we had to request to change our room since furniture upholstery was damaged (as if a dog was chewing the ottoman), the rail of the bathroom sliding door was broken and the door could fall off on you. We were assigned to another room that was in much better condition but dark since it was on the ground floor and with a leaking toilet (flapper). When I called once the front desk at night to ask for something, nobody answered…. when I showed up in person they apologized saying the turn off the ringer of the phone… They claim to have a nature trail that goes around the property that is not maintained and takes you to the hotel smelly trash container (so don’t ruin your stay by exploring this part as I did). Overall, this is a great place and I do recommend it. But do lower your expectations since there could be several maintenance issues. (3.5/5)

Summary: The staff who checked us in was very helpful and explained very thoroughly all the activities and areas of the resort. We were also given a complimentary cocktail at check in! The beach and pool are stunning and the resort is very clean and beautiful. Would most definitely recommend!
