Positive: The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It was well-equipped with anything necessary. The location is beautiful, and I wish we had stayed for more than a day. The staff is very nice and made sure we felt welcome. Lots of parking and restaurants within walking distance.

Positive: It was exceptionally comfortable and clean and great value with a beautiful view. I would happily recommend it.
Negative: The paint is pealing a our the shower head and it was difficult to use the gym with out paperwork which was not specified prior to arrival
Summary: During the off season in Cunque Terre this place is an exceptional deal and wonderful place to stay

Positive: Awesome apartment inside the Fezzano Marina. It seems like this is the only apartment to rent inside the Marina so you'll be alone without other guests, however the Marina is pretty busy throughout the day and there is a lively restaurant on the first floor. We rented a motorboat for a day (no license required) and it was so much fun. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Plenty of parking at the marina.
Negative: I had a hard time finding the place until I realized it's inside "Marina del Fezzano". There is a gate and you need to ask security to let you in. After checking in, you get a code to drive in and out. Probably need a car to stay there.
