Summary: House seemed newly renovated. Lots of nice touches. Stayed for a week with my three daughters for Sun n Fun. The immediate small neighborhood is on a dead end street and small. Not conducive for running. There’s a strip club right across from the neighbors entrance and some sketchy gas stations around there. Be careful where you decide to stop for supplies. Nice supplies that are not typical like a cast iron skillet, laundry detergent, candles, cotton balls, qtips, and lighters. Bring bug spray! The yard was very large and fun to hang out at but certain times of the day you need bug spray. Nice garden in the backyard as well with fresh herbs, strawberries, and peppers. Water from the faucet smelled weird but no one got sick from it.

Summary: Just stayed for spring training and it was the quiet out of the way location that we were looking for. Easy check-in and when we had questions we got prompted responses.
