Positive: Very nice apartment, clean, well equipped. We were on the ground floor in the apartment for four people. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and so was the couch in the living room which turns into a bed for two. Although it was very cold outside (-15 C) it was warm in the apartment and the foyer. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, every second afternoon from 16:00 till 19:00 they organized a mini advent for the guests in the yard with mulled wine and hot chocolate, a very nice touch. The heated ski room was big enough for all the guests, and the ski lift (gondola) was a walking distance from the apartment, although uphill and downhill, so I wouldn't want to walk it in ski boots more than twice a day. We stayed there from 03.01.2026. until 08.01.2026. You can order breakfast for 15 euros with enough food for two people and they deliver it on a wooden trolley, superb. The only two negatives that are worth mentioning: since it's very quiet at night you can hear everybody who is outside and taking or getting into the car (early in the morning), but we had window open slightly. The other is the price, which is quite high, a bit two much even considered all the positives.

Summary: Very nice apartment for a ski holiday, apart from price

Positive: Personnel extremely helpful and reactive, good management of the space and quite a comfortable Room to manage the fitting of the ski boots Position very close the ski resort

Negative: The apartment was clean and sufficient for 3 persons, entrance a bit uncomfortable as a ladder is obstructing the opening of the main door, and that same ladder leads to the upper floor. The coffee machine and tea Machine are provided but you have to buy your own sugar which seems to me weird. Breakfast is served in the room, which is a plus but they force you to order all the same for everybody, which is a shame. If they personalized per person, I am sure they could satisfy better the customers but they would have less food waste!

Positive: Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartments are very clean and tidy, nice smell, comfortable mattress, large bed. Free parking. 2 minutes walk to the ski lift. Delicious organic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come back again.

Positive: Good, comfortable and well equipped appartment in a few steps from 🚡 cable lift. Host Davide was helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious. Had a wonderful weekend dispite it was out of season(End of October) and everything was closed in San-Cassiano. There are still a lot of places to visit in Dolomites in 30-60 drive from appartment.

Negative: End of Oct and November is a dead season in San Cassiano. But you can rent apartments for sagnificially Iower price at this time, and enjoy Dolomites without crowds ;)
