Positive: Perfect for families - it's a nice secure and calm place to stay. Host made it seamless to get setup with no contact and left a nice welcome gift. The apartment was very clean and nicely put together.

Negative: The garage felt a little tight to get into, so if you have a larger vehicle, that may be an issue. Also, since it seems to be a building with a number of younger children (multiple strollers were in the hall), be aware if you are coming late you might be a little nervous about being too loud. Nothing the host could control, but I was worried nonetheless.

Positive: No breakfast was included. There were tea bags and coffee pods but no milk/creamer available. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location to the airport very convenient. I would rent again!

Positive: A large apartment in a new house, with a terrace. Underground parking. Air conditioned.

Negative: From about 7AM, you get the traffic noise (buses, etc.). The whole apartment has strong AirBnB vibes: cheap IKEA utensils, barebones kitchen (no strainer or cheese grinder to cook pasta), multiple passive-aggressive reminders to collect used towels, wash the dishes, etc., in your email - as well as plastered on the actual walls. The problem is, the owners do not deliver on their part. The booking confirmation says “the key is on the counter next to a little gift from us”. There was no gift. However, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Oh, says the host, just start it up. But there are no tablets. I really, really dislike people getting into hospitality with the idea that you can provide no service but charge for it. My invoice says “€90 cleaning”, but apparently this is not enough to remove dirty dishes. I was charged €30 for having a dog stay, but there wasn’t even a drinking bowl for the dog. In the same vein, I got multiple reminders to sort the trash according to types and to take it out. The problem is, the trash bins have no labels - and one of them didn’t even have the bag inside. If you manage to email me about the trash but you have such a poor cleaning setup that your trash bins are a mess… your priorities are a bit off. All in all, this has been worse than any other place we stayed during the trip, and definitely way below a basic hotel. Unless the owners wake up to the realities of hospitality, I don’t see this place with a rating above 7.0 at the current asking price.

Positive: The Location was great! We had an amazing stay. For once the pictures didn't do the place justice! We felt right at home. Also the communication with the owners was nice and easy. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again!
