Negative: Bed sheets were pretty grim, covered in blood stains :-(

Negative: It all worked out in the end, but it was a bummer of a start. We checked in on a Sunday so everything was closed, making it hard to get our keys. An email said that we would be emailed the lock box code, but we never got that email (I checked all my email boxes). We emailed them earlier in the day and they didn't respond until 2 days AFTER our check-in. The phone number that we were given (if we had problems) was for a closed real estate office so that left us scrambling on the day of check in. We sleuthed and found a real estate office window with a personal number and that person was able to help us. Thank goodness. Everything else was lovely. Great location and adorable cottage with all the accoutrements!
