This unit was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Each unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Dogs are allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX. No cats because of allergies.
Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.
The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.
Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Summary: My star review is not reflective of the stay. We unfortunately were unable to go due to unsafe weather to get there from Denver. Although our experience in dealing with the matter with Nancy and Rebecca was wonderful. They were very understanding and accommodative with us throughout the situation.

Summary: This is our second time staying here, and it continues to be a great choice for us when visiting our son at CMU. We come twice a year, and the location is conveniently close to campus. The area is decent, and the units are always clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciate the nice backyard area, which is perfect for our dogs when they join us.
