Summary: Pinnacles is incredibly peaceful. The rooms are clean and quiet and the main eating/common kitchen area can be as interactive or quiet as you wish it to be. Staff were helpful when present during their limited hrs. It was fantastic to be able to make our own meals (note - there are hot plates and fry pans, but no air fryer as stated somewhere previously). The fridges in the rooms were slightly bigger than a bar fridge and there is a communal freezer in the kitchen area. And note: as of our stay, there is no longer a continental breakfast offered; just apples/oranges/muffins and water & lots of tea options. We liked being able to walk to the resort in 10 mins but to also have the quiet of Pinnacles to return to. Note: there is also a free in-resort shuttle if you don't want to do the walk.

Summary: All of the Staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The common kitchen was great and all the guests very pleasant. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Summary: This isn’t really a full service hotel. Very limited staff available. Nobody was present when trying to check out. No cleaning services offered during the stay. Not even any shampoo and conditioner and none available when requested. You are even asked to take out your own garbage upon check out.

Summary: I loved how quiet it was. The staff were lovely. The room was well stocked with space for storing and hanging ski gear. I appreciated the use of a “ community kitchen” area. I tend to be a fussy eater and this was the perfect solution for me. Also, the fridge in the room is larger than a normal hotel fridge. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a big day of snowboarding.

Summary: Dirty sheets were left on sofa bed from prior guest. Shower faucet did not function well, spun 3 times before water would trickle and difficult to get warm water.
