Summary: Room was clean, bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The TV was stupid. The first night we had a tv guide for 1 hour and after that it showed nothing. Each channel took forever to load. It was pouring rain and we wanted to watch the news one morning and took awhile to find it. The balcony was pointless. The rooms above us seemed to have functional balconies but ours was basically a 1’ extension that we could open the door for fresh air.

Summary: Great hotel in the heart of a nice area, was enjoyable stay with my family. Parking and pet fees were sure expensive for 2 nights and 2 vehicles... But I guess that is everywhere these days. The parking was easily accessible and in a good location. Friendly staff. A nice welcome drink and coupons for the restaurant was a nice bonus.

Summary: Went for an overnight stay. Requested a room with a view of downtown and were very happily welcomed by a fantastic view of downtown upon entering the room. Beds were clean and comfy. Balcony was nice and provided a great spot to look out over the shipyards and town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that parking in the underground was $30 (consider including this in the room rate if the guest is driving).

Summary: Picked this hotel because of the ratings, lobby & restaurant in excellent condition, rooms not so much, road side of the hotel really noisy through the night, take ear plugs. Car park expensive, location pretty good for public transport including the ferry.
