Positive: We loved the comfy beds, the water view from our hotel and the convenience of the location. Honestly, I don't think you can find a better location! We also appreciated that we could bring our dog! There is a bus terminal and Seabus terminal, or ferry, steps from the hotel making it super easy to get around without the need for a car! We loved this!! There are also tons of shops and restaurants all around, plus a large play area and dog park steps from the hotel. We were so relaxed with so much right at our fingertips!

Negative: I have two young kids, and the "balcony" and window made me very nervous. There were no window screens and the "balcony" railing seemed short. I say "balcony" because there wasn't an actual balcony, just some glass and a railing, followed by a long drop as we were on the 4th floor. I did not feel comfortable opening the door to the gorgeous view or letting fresh air in. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I'm thinking this was just a small oversight in our room.

Summary: The lovely view and unbeatable location made for an awesome stay for my family!

Negative: My room was essentially on the sidewalk. Zero privacy possible unless window coverings are closed completely. I'm sure there are better rooms.

Positive: We had 2 x stays at the hotel, first was in a vasic room 2nd in the suite. The room was okay, tired, and needed decorating, hallways, and lights very dark too. The 2nd stay in the suite, the room was freshly decorated and the views amazing but the windows were dirty so spoiled the look. Also, the paint was chipped off the bedside cabinet, and the sale was dated, the air conditioning units large and old. For the price of the room I was disappointed not to have a bottle of water provided.

Negative: The staff, had a new system, was struggling to work it but very friendly and helpful

Positive: Convenient location & car park. Fairly basic room and shower / bathroom but comfortable beds. Staff very helpful.

Negative: Could have been more modern & fan in bathroom not good. Booking said breakfasts were included but on check-in we were told that dining room was not open so no breakfasts available. Despite asking, I have not been told what refund I will receive.
