Summary: We had an amazing time surprising some friends at the resort with a last minute getaway. The place was convenient from airport and everyone from the valet, customer service, and housekeeping were amazing. They really do a great job making everyone feel special. Went with a family of 6 ranging 5-13 & joined another family of 4. The rooms were spacious and well decorated.

Summary: The weather wasn't great, very rainy. The cleanliness was excellent, and the front desk staff wasn't very helpful. The food and breakfast were excellent. The room rate wasn't commensurate with the price. The balcony was so small that almost two people couldn't fit. In short, nothing like the room I saw in the image on the website. The saleswoman in the store wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't rent again.

Summary: This was a family trip with 3 generations from age 2 to age 69. Perfect place for all ages of kids and adults. The resort was always clean and the food at Bongo's was perfect for convenience and quality. We found all the resort staff the friendliest and most helpful we have experienced. Thank you Pink Shell for making this trip perfect for our first full family vacation.
