From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that exceeded all our expectations. The waterfall on the property is an absolute jewel. The sight and sound of the cascading water created a serene, almost mystical atmosphere that we enjoyed every day. It’s the centerpiece of a truly stunning environment. We made wonderful use of the sparkling pool and the blissfully warm hot tub. Both were impeccably maintained and offered the perfect way to relax, whether we were seeking a refreshing dip or a soothing soak under the stars. A special commendation must be given for the exceptional cleanliness we observed throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully appointed, and this standard was mirrored across the entire property, which is clearly cared for with immense pride. The dining experience was a highlight. The food was simply wonderful—flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and with a lovely variety. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a delight. Above all, what made our stay truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality. The host (who was extremely easy on the eyes) and every member of the staff we encountered were warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you for creating such a perfect retreat. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already dreaming of our return. Positive: I have travelled to many hotels in Durban but none had this amazing food especially the breyani and shepherd pie I loved the hot tub at night and the quietness . The host was friendly and very sociable.

Negative: Keep pool open longer at nights.

Summary: Amazing stay . Definitely I’ll be making my next booking and will recommend to my friends overseas.
