Positive: The only best thing about this place was the main entrance security which was exceptional. Location is good and all activities are near by. Mr. Mansoor although only communicated with him via phone but was very cooperative.

Negative: The resort has extremely poor security. Our room had no key to lock it. We booked room with terrace and there was another room sharing the same terrace and we are unable to lock room. The staff casually told us not to worry as he would “be around.” Leaving belongings unsecured is unacceptable. There are virtually no facilities, and only one staff member manages everything, from reception to cooking. The resort is fully surrounded by small cottages of lower grade staff. So not at all advisable for families due not convenient to roam around. This place is not accessible without a personal car, as all shops and restaurants are far away. Activities are controlled by a single vendor which belongs to army with no alternatives. We were told the zipline at the opposite resort was permanently closed, which turned out to be false. it was fully operational the next day. This level of misinformation and mismanagement is highly disappointing. All other resorts nearby will be a much much better option in similar rate.

Positive: Hospitality by Qasim was just beyond the expectations he made our trip awesome even we planned to stay one day there but due to the view from room n hospitality by staff we extended our stay there.
