Negative: There was some sort of droning engine or pump noise that continually turned off and on all night. Rather annoying.

Positive: I like small, old motels like this. Some folks might complain about the age and need of paint and upgrade for accessibility, but I managed with it quite well. Was it perfect? No, but I've been more disappointed with far more expensive lodging in the past. The staff was friendly and offered help. Bed was nice and soft. If I had any complaints I'd say the TV was confusing and the sink water was very slow warming up. If in the area, I'd recommend this place to any traveler!

Negative: Better water pressure in the bathroom sink (took a long time to heat up) and more understandable TV controls. A room or two that actually had a wheelchair ramp might be something to add later if they do any remodeling.

Positive: Good value for price. Conveniently located. Accommodated my very late arrival.

Negative: Older property. No bath exhaust fan. Could not open front window for cross ventilation.
