Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Outside seating looked upgraded and new. The food in the breakfast area was appetizing, well-presented and well maintained throughout the service.

Negative: The carpet in the hallways, elevators and rooms is worn and permanently stained in some places. The chairs in the room were dirty from use and need to be replaced. The dust on the ledges and light fixtures in the breakfast area was prominent and made the property look tired.

Positive: Room was clean and the perfect size. Loved the fire pit in the back and the spacious lobby. Didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept.

Negative: The AC unit in our room was very loud and made a strange noise- we couldn’t sleep with it on. We asked for a room change, but the hotel was booked. The woman at the desk was very helpful and called the maintenance people, but they didn’t appear to be able to fix it.

Summary: Pleasant and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.

Positive: Nice staff. Nice pool, good breakfast. Oneof the better stays i have had. The room.is big. Full sized fridge was nice. Family of 5 and we had plenty of room

Negative: The pull out coach has a very thin mattress. Not very comfortable. Ended up just having child sleep on it as a couch.
