Summary: Host was great . He contacted me as we arrived and I was able to call and ask questions about accommodations and items that were needed. He arrived quickly with needed items.Some of the blinds were missing the wands which made it hard to open and close.Couches definitely needed to wiped cleaned and swept from behind. Other than that my family had fun

Summary: The place was clean and well kept. The location is quiet and close to the city where if you need something you can hop in the car and be there and back in less that 20 minutes. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: Plenty of room. Bret and Blake are wonderful hosts! We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. Very nice and quiet area, my children enjoyed basketball goals. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Summary: The property was great it was private and a very well keep place to stay and it was truly a joy being there the kids had a personal play ground and a basketball area for them just say it was well worth it! I really didn't want to rate the property manager because I didn't have any communication with them cause everything was done by email so I never saw them so that was fine with me so that's why I just gave a 5 star rating anyway cause everything else was wonderful!

Summary: Due to graduation schedule and commitments we didn’t get to fully enjoy all of the amenities. It was close enough to town to run in for a meal or to pick something up. One of the steps was lose. Amparo was quick to respond by sending out a handyman to secure the step. Our college age kids said it felt like summer camp for adults. Note - check with owner to be sure the washer and dryer work before you come as that truly effects the amount you will need to pack. We didn’t need to wash since we only spent the weekend but it would be an issue if you’re staying longer.
