Summary: It's a budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was OK and the bar was fine. I'd certainly stay again. It's a handy location with parking.

Summary: Breakfast was far too early, 7 till 8 ! It catered for a work mans hotel, Breakfast very minium and no eggs on a wednesday! Parking and safety was Brilll ! and it was idealy situated for where we wanted etc

Summary: Room tired and needs updating . On a plus side the bedding was clean and bed comfortable. Other than seeing the hosts at breakfast the following morning the rest of the check in process is a form and a key card left on side console on entry. Breakfast not to my taste but was free . Me personally would not return.

Summary: Rooms were very warm and a little dated.. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok. Do check the time of breakfast on arrival, as we have stayed here before and breakfast time was changed , so no breakfast was eaten. Small English breakfast was offered and consisted of a sausage, a rashers of bacon, fried egg hash brown and beans. There was also bread / toast and cereal available.

Summary: The property didn't meet our expectations as clean 3 star hotel. Felt more like a 2 star B&B. We checked out early due to the following reasons. 1. Dirty duvet 2. Rusty kettle 3. Mould on windows 4. no continental breakfast as advertised, although happy with English breakfast. 5. extract fans not working in bathrooms. probably that's why there is mould on the windows. 6. General condition of property is lower than expected for a 3 star hotel. 7. Wifi not always available 8. Heating system noisy due to air in the system, waking us up when it starts. 9. Mould in the bathroom sealants. 10. The breakfast dining table covers were dirty and had not been changed in the days we were there. In our opinion the property does not attain a 3 star rating, more a 2 star. It really needs modernisation and a better cleaning and maintenance regime, as we feel it wasn't a comfortable environment.

Summary: Very safe and quiet car park. Great location. Breakfast facilities and choice were very good. Very friendly staff, and everywhere was very clean. We will definitely be going booking this hotel again.
