Summary: The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor space was very limited and the "communal pool" was far, an umbrella and chairs would have been nice.

Summary: Property very clean, quiet, peaceful. Good communication with host. Only negative is a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to closest beach. Ferry ride available to Cayo Costa (must see) when ferry available. Pine Island is lovely and ideal for fishing and kayaking.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. I should have read up a bit more about it's proximity to communities and attractions like Port Charlotte (where our new home is located) or the beaches- but there were enough options that are normally reserved for the mainland.. like a grocery store, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, hiking trails and boat and boating related excursions. The place was comfortable and in a quiet location.. and it was clean. It certainly met the standard for it's nightly rate.

Summary: We loved the place. Very clean and quiet. Internet was plenty strong enough if you need to work remotely. Owner is super friendly. Close to several nice restaurants. We will for sure stay here again.

Summary: property was clean and very cute. the location was not good for us but it was an error on our part, we didn’t realize there were no beaches on the island. we did have to travel each day to relax beach side- 1-2 hours. The house itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable.
