Positive: Lots of good space. We used this as TLA for our family of 6. Having air conditioning was great for August. Walking distance to several groceries, restaurants, and running/ bike paths. The yard is large for the dogs and kids. The washing machine was also great to have!

Negative: We didn't realize the backyard was shared. The neighbor has very nice dogs, which my kids loved.

Positive: Duplex was clean and spacious! Kitchen was complete with all appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils and dishes. Host was very attentive and flexible. Highly recommend this rental.

Negative: The neighbors let their dogs poop in the shared yard without picking up so we couldn’t enjoy the patio.

Positive: Angie is a super friendly host. She was available for any questions via text/WhatsApp. The check in and out was very simple. The house is just huge and can easily accommodate a big family and friends. Everything is sparkly clean and good hiking- and grocery options are a 2 minute walk away.

Negative: We came with two dogs and booked because we were hoping to use the garden. When we arrived, we noticed the garden was shared with the neighbors who have two dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Collie) which were sick (as the neighbor said). The Collie was barking and jumping at the window from the living room. Maybe you could make a little more clearer in the accommodation info.

Within easy walking distance of the Ramstein core and only 100 m to the nearest grocery store. I enjoyed playing soccer with the neighbour's border collie! Overall a very comfortable stay.
