Positive: The room are clean when we arrive and the staff are very friendly to us. The location of the place are right in the middle of everywhere, Suzhou museum, humble administrator Garden, pingjiang road. You can even walk to Humble Administrator Garden Metro station and goes anywhere from there.

Negative: Nothing. All is fantastic for us. We really love the stay there.

Positive: super helpful staff, they gave us a very friendly welcome and tips around the area, as well as helped receive a package for us and keep things at the front desk for pickup. there‘s no elevator but they will help you with luggage, and were always very nice. the apartment is located conveniently to the subway and very close walking distance to the gusu old town district where most of the sightseeing spots are. it‘s not directly in the main tourist street tho, so it‘s relatively quiet, and had all the facilities needed. the room was quite big, comfortable for 2 persons. it‘s made of wood and has a modern chinese style interior design. would book again :)

Positive: The whole experience was great for the very beginning. The property is in a prime location, and I paid the price of a hostel to enjoy the facility of a hotel. As my travel day was approaching, the hotel staff sent me message to guide me how to arrive the property, introduced the sightseeing spots and gourmet food nearby. Although my arrival time was pretty late, the staff still welcomed me with warmth and friendliness. As a local, he was passionate and knowledgeable about the city. He explained the room facility to make sure my stay would be comfortable, including lending me the socket to recharge my phone as I only brought the USB cable. The room was spacious, furnished with quality wooden furniture and had excellent sound proof for a sound sleep.

Negative: It’s not really a complaint but just be aware the property doesn’t have lift as most historical properties nearby are.
