The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and one single bed, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, dressing gowns and a large picnic blanket are provided. Outside there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come-first-served basis. Complimentary parking permit use for long stay car parks in Dawlish & Dawlish Warren - closest car park to the cottage is approx 350 yards. Two dogs welcome.
