Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2-week stay at Paradise. The location is quiet, close to the pool/gym, easy walking around the neighborhoods, slow driving cars. It was comfortable both outside and inside for my wife & I, our children, and our parents. Great layout inside the condo. Quite spacious honestly for a Hawaiian property. We had a few small requests during our time, such as miscellaneous kitchen items, a door handle fix, some extra towels, a new bike tire tube. After an easy text to the Paradise team, each item was addressed very quickly...often within a couple hours or by the next morning. We found the knives dull on arrival and a new sharp set was brought over within hours. The service was great. I also appreciated how they asked each time if they should enter if we're not there, or to wait until we were there. Very courteous. We had just a bit of trouble getting into the gated community when we arrived around midnight the first night. The turnoff for the community is not lit up or well signed. Just make sure you have a good navigator directing you if it's your first time, especially in the dark.I definitely recommend this property. We will stay here again!

Summary: This property was wonderful! The carpet in the living room had stains on it, as did the couch and chair cushions. The air conditioner didn't work the first day, but they had it fixed right away the next day. Overall, the location and property itself was great! Would recommend and would stay again!

Summary: This is the perfect location to explore the big island. The house is perfect for a family and has every beach toy you could think of. It’s close to the community pool and the nearby shopping plaza. The management team communicate by text which makes it very easy to contact them, and they respond within a few minutes. We would stay here again!

Summary: The layout of this unit is great. The furnishings are nice and a little bit better than other Mauna Lani units we've stayed at. The location of Mauna Lani is great, with access to the beach club, nice lil gym in Kamilo sub development, Food Land close by and it's a good jumping off point to head south to Kona, or up to Waimea. Property Management made check in easy and their app is good at answering questions about the unit (e.g. how to use TV, AC settings, etc..) Definitely recommend.

Summary: It was our family’s first trip to Big Island. I came with my 3 sons, who are all in their 20’s, and my son’s girlfriend. This house is so beautiful & clean. The kitchen is a dream and fully stocked for anything you want to make. I would sit out on the lanai in the mornings & evenings, listening to all the birds. The neighborhood is so quiet & peaceful. Close to Shops at Mauna Lani. We loved the coffee shop, Foodland and the Island Hopper Taproom. We visited 49 Black Sand Beach, Mauna Lani Beach Club, and Waialea Beach. It was nice to use the beach chairs, towel, cooler and boogie boards provided at the house. We can’t wait to visit again.

Summary: The home was exactly as it was represented on the website. It was very comfortable and well supplied. We had everything we needed for cooking, barbecuing, and going to the beach. The neighborhood is well landscaped and the community pool was enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation.

Summary: We had never been to the Big Island before, so we had no clue on location. I think we stumbled into one of the best locations on the island! Great walks all around, private beach club access and the facility itself was very quite and beautifully maintained. The house was very well appointed - great bikes, boogie boards, chairs- really well set up! I wish, especially for the price point, the house would have been a little cleaner…but overall really great house, great location, had all the amenities you’d need for a great trip!
