Summary: Nice room, very organized and clean. Pillow could be better for the price. Expensive food in the hotel, and also for drinking. But good quality. Usually nice staff but be careful on the front desk. If Colleen is taking care of you, pay attention! She’s rude and doesn’t care about the guests satisfaction.

Summary: The room is very clean, the pillows could be better for the hotel price. The restaurant and bar staffs are great. The price is very expensive for the breakfast and drinks at the beach/pool bar .

Summary: Glass shower door coming unhinged. Lights outside our building not working and extremely dark on stairwells. Iguanas defecating all around pool. Not cleaned up all day. Pointed out to pool person who took a guest towel and picked up one area and left the rest. Have stayed at Pier House several times. Disappointed this time.

Summary: The staff were very kind! The rooms are comfortable for the most part. We had the lanai room that sat right above a pond with turtles and fish which was nice. Some things to note: the crowd is a bit older at this resort, the resort itself is nice but outdated a bit, One Duval restaurant is onsite and great! The room we had, has skylights and was very bright so if you like to darker the room to sleep in, this is something to consider. The location was fantastic, you are at the northern most part of Duval St. Right across from Two Friends Patio restaurant.

Summary: They say they upgraded us when we checked in, they stuck us in a room next to the bar which was loud until about 1 in the morning. The facilities were nice and close to everything. Be careful with your bill because they overcharge us everyday on our breakfast and lunch bill.

Summary: We always enjoy our stay at the Pier House. Their staff is attentive, professional and fun. We have enjoyed Jacko for years. One of the only resorts with a beach and our favorite part is for the past few years every afternoon a manatee swims by us at beach.
