Summary: This is our 3rd time in Key West. There are better options for the $$$. We paid $500 for oceanfront room. Our view was amazing; sunset view was a huge bonus - we loved that part. Also, the hotel location was excellent, pool was nice and private beach area was great, except for the seaweed. Our bed was very comfortable, and the fridge kept things perfectly cool, so we were pleased with that. The room was clean, but some items made it feel old, kind of dumpy and not well maintained. The air conditioning unit was old and looked moldy/dirty (forgot to take that pic). The elevator in our building had very strong mildew/mold smell and very small. It didnt work the last day we were there, but we never used it anyway. The shower had a rainfall shower head, but no handheld attachment for stronger pressure. This is not ideal if you have thick long hair. The frosted bathroom door was dirty, the lamps were rusty/dirty, and the back of toilet was not clean. The sink cabinet looked beat up; if they were going for shabby chic, they missed the mark. TV channels that were not HD had a terrible picture, they do not have streaming service available so that was disappointing. The staff were cordial and provided good service, but no one was overly friendly or welcoming.

Summary: We loved it! Snorkeled at the hotel beach everyday. Ate at the beach restaurant regularly (and drank!!) went to chart room, pool etc. all were fantastic. Ocean front room - very nice and great view.

Summary: It was very underwhelming as a resort. If you are looking for a true resort atmosphere, this is not the place. Beach is tiny and they had a ton of seaweed in the water. The swimming pool is small as well. It is also an older facility, while it was fairly clean, it was definitely old...cracks in the walls of our room.

Summary: I have stayed here for a week each of the last few years and always look forward to coming back. The beach is very relaxing, the service attentive and the beach bar (and accompanying tunes) is great as always. The spa is terrific too. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location either. Highly recommend!

Summary: I absolutely love the beach area that the hotel has. It is so nice to sit by the water in a lounge chair, reading a book and being able to have your feet in the sand The staff really stood out as being exceptional!

Summary: I would have given it 5 stars but the tile floors could have been cleaner and the toilet was clogged on our arrival. The a/c unit was quite loud also
