Positive: This is my fourth trip to Iceland and after staying in many accommodations all over the country, the Pier Partments stands out as one of the best. Very spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a large open common area for groups to gather. The location is excellent, situated 50 feet from the ferry dock in the harbour, providing a stunning view of the harbour and surrounding scenery.
Negative: Not an issue for us, but if you go to sleep early or are a light sleeper, you may be woken up by cars exiting the ferry until it is done its final run.

Positive: The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of downtown (if I can call it that). The apartment was very spacious. We travelled with seven people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The overall cost is a bit higher than I would expect to pay for a single night, however the rate ended up being roughly $100 (USD) per guest which isn't horrible. Overall I am very happy with our experience.
