Summary: Louise was very kind and attentive to our needs. The house was very clean and cute. I was with my two kids. It is appropriated for 2 kids that can sleep together as there is two double beds. The kitchen was very well equipped it has been possible to cook the same way we do at home. Netflix has been a plus sometimes for my kids :) The location is just perfect. If you like walking you can go to borough market and tower bridge, for instance, by walk easily. Regarding our stay : We had some noise like music for 2 nights (not normal for the neighborhood) we asked Louise to do something and she was very reactive and it was perfectly managed there was no more noise after that. The bathroom is nice with a bathtub. We have found a weak water debit but it was not a big deal. There is at 5 minute (by walk) a supermarket very convenient and several buses that take us to London Westminster and other locations too in London city center. It is very well served. We are very enthusiastic of this stay at Bermondsey (Southwark) and we look forwared to coming back again soon.

Summary: Perfect spot for 2-4 people. Nice upstairs-downstairs sleeping arrangement with separate toilets. Well supplied kitchen with sufficient dishes/cookware/utensils and a few staples like oil, spices etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Proximity to Bermondsey Tube station was initial attraction but actually used the bus lines closer to the south more often; great for getting up to Tower Bridge, Big Ben and north side of the Thames in general. Groceries nearby and a few nice pubs and restaurants by Tube station but ate elsewhere so can’t comment. While the neighborhood was nice and quiet overall, I should add that the southern portion seemed a bit sketchy with poorly maintained apartment blocks etc.. I never felt at risk but a lone traveler at night might feel otherwise.

Summary: The property was perfect for our trip. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The information provided regarding local travel, shopping and stores came in very handy and Louise was always prompt and personable when we had any questions or needs. We loved the quaintness of the property, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again, hopefully for a longer stay next time. Cynthia Tennessee, USA
