Situated in a cul de sac at the end of Sandbar Lane is a unique vacation opportunity. This West Ocean City townhome just recently built-in 2016 is located in a relaxing family-friendly area with picturesque views. If you enjoy Ocean City however would like to enjoy the convenience of location with a relaxing environment only minutes from the hecticness of the more populated OC, then our family beach house might be just what you are looking for.
There are many wonderful details not to be overlooked such as the stunning modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops perfect for cooking or serving your fresh seafood or simply enjoying time bonding with your loved ones. This newly constructed townhome comfortably sleeps 8. It is fully stocked with extensive cooking and dining ware such as a Keurig, toaster oven, blender and filtered water.
Each of the four bedrooms include ceiling fans for cooling air circulation. Two decks allow you to enjoy the sunshine and sounds of the water while enjoying your morning coffee. The spacious luxurious master suite boasts its own bathroom, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet. Not to mention its own private deck with beautiful bayside views.
The townhome rental includes two parking spaces in front of the property and additional two spaces in the overflow parking lot. Please be aware that Seaside Village does not allow you to park trailers in the community. Any fines incurred will be deducted from your deposit. Two possible trailer options include parking your trailer at the public ramp only a few minutes away, or parking in the overflow lot.
Guests enjoy use of the community clubhouse with gym and outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day weekend thru the weekend after Labor Day). This truly is a convenient setting without the hassle of traffic within walking distance or a very brief drive to the Ocean City inlet/boardwalk, bus depot, Tanger Outlets, grocery stores and many casual and fine dining establishments. A short, scenic drive will bring you to enjoy all of the sights and wildlife of Assateague Island including the famous wild ponies.
We are looking for responsible family renters who will excellently maintain our townhome and surrounding beautiful neighborhood. No pets or animals (unless able to provide proper verification of service animal assistance). No smoking in or around the townhome must be 26 years and older to rent. I'm sorry but no senior weekers.

Summary: This was an incredible location. Far enough away from the really crazy traffic. Great view of the OC Fireworks on the 4th and close enough to walk to the Boardwalk at night. The Bus shuttle is very close as well. Beautiful home. Will definitely be saving as place to rent when the need arises. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Summary: The house is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay! Great location in west ocean city with the ability to walk to places to eat/drink or get in the car for a quick drive over the bridge to the beach and boardwalk. House was very clean upon arrival too! Host had great communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: The house is clean and spacious for our group of six people. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The furnishings are in great shape and didn’t feel used by many renters. Adding a door on the lower level bedroom would be nice for those staying there, but didn’t create any problems for us. The primary bedroom remains a bit warm even though the rest of the house is cool and comfortable. Providing a fan or cooling tower would add some extra comfort. The view is amazing and offers a bright and sunny experience. We used the bar stools on the deck to see over the rail of the deck. The kitchen is the best stocked I have ever experienced. If you forgot something, there is a good chance it will be there. Access to the garage is another nice benefit. There are several beach chairs and bicycles. The bikes come in handy to get back and forth to the pool and fitness center. The location for us was great. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee, and water sport rentals. A short drive to other restaurants, and the quality was better for us than in Ocean City. We enjoyed Ocean City West better than being across the bridge. Traffic and parking for the beach in June was no problem at all. There are a variety of toys for kids and games for kids and adults. The washer and dryer are very helpful. Overall a fantastic experience and we recommend it.

Summary: We came for 4th of July week and OCMD did not disappoint. We have stayed many times within Seaside Village and this location was excellent for viewing the 4th of July fireworks right from our deck. Communication with our host was great. There were just a few issues with pillowcase covers and mattress covers that needed to be cleaned but besides that the rest of the home was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Summary: This property was amazing. Beautiful house, clean, well stocked with all sorts of things, and so very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We especially loved the view off the deck. Wonderful time had by all. My only possible improvement would have been if we had known that we didn't need to bring paper products and soap products ahead of hand. Other than that, wonderful!!!

Summary: We really like that there are bikes, the teens could ride across the street to the park and ride and get a bus over the bridge and be on the board walk in no time. I didn’t have to drive back and forth. The small outlet is a street light or two down the road. The view was fabulous. Master bedroom could use curtains as the room get very hot and bright when the sun comes up very early.
