This is a 2 story home, with the upper level having an open floor plan. The main living area has a kitchen, living and dining area. There is a center island which also has more space for dining. There are also 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level has a large sleeping area, private bathroom, and laundry area.
Guests have access to the entire home. The front door, located on the top level, has a remote keyless entry.
As a courtesy, we have coffee and a variety of teas, as well as spices for cooking. For an extra fee, we allow up to two well-trained dogs. Please keep pets off of all furniture, including beds. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to the allergies of many guests. Please do not access the lake using the dirt road across from the property. This is a private property and the owner does not want guests accessing the lake through his land. We also have outdoor security cameras to protect vehicles and the property. Summary: Everything was great about the property and hosts. Host was very responsive to questions and providing information. Location was absolutely perfect and property was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here every time we are at Horsetooth!

Summary: Our stay was lovely. Great deck and views on a super quiet and low traffic street. Had everything we needed.The house is more like 4 bedrooms if you count the downstairs TV room. We would come stay again for sure.

Summary: Husband, our two sons, one with gf and one with best buddy stayed for the weekend. We live in Florissant, so FOCO is always a nice change of pace. Beautiful scenic area, walked the dogs and hiked the whole weekend. Good kitchen for food prep, loved the sofa cover so doggos could chill, and appreciated modern amenities of the house. Great hosts, good communication.

Summary: We booked this property for a long weekend to visit my daughter who goes to Csu. Location was great! Close proximity to trailheads for walking/hiking and some good views of the water. Home was beautiful and worked great for our family! The wrap around deck gives you a place to have coffee/wine in the sun, no matter what time of day it is! We also had our pups with us so the fenced back yard was nice! Owners are very helpful and responsive to questions! Will definitely rent here again! Thank you!
