Summary: Good points: The room was clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was easily accessible from our room. The food for breakfast was fresh and good. The restaurant upstairs was very nice. It was my birthday and they brought champagne to my room. Negative: The staff at the front desk was not welcoming or nice. She was quite rude. hospitality is lacking. They don’t greet the customers. They don’t ask you if you need anything. At the restaurant the waiter would stand at our table with a pad of paper didn’t ask if we wanted to order drinks. He just stood there till we told them what we wanted to order. It was quite strange.

Summary: Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Both the restaurant and the morning buffet were good. Room was nice, with a great view of Mt Pico. Easy walk to town.

Summary: Lovely small hotel, the staff couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. The rooms are lovely and the location is excellent. We stayed here the night before climbing Pico and we were allowed to leave our bags and come back to the hotel the following day. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It was one of our groups birthday whilst we stayed here and they made her feel very special. The sea is closeby if you want a swim and lots of lovely restaurants. The spa is excellent also. Thank you for having us, hopefully we will be back one day.

Summary: This is a great option for those looking to stay in the area. Ample parking, spa facilities including a Turkish bath, and an outdoor pool. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast included, would certainly consider staying here again.
