Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful, both the entertainment team and the staff. Respect for everyone; they work long days of 12 to 13 hours and remain just as friendly. It's a lovely hotel/resort to stay at. The entertainment evenings on the beach with dance and fire shows are fantastic. We would love to come back again.

Negative: You can definitely tell the hotel is a bit dated. They're busy modernizing it, but this will take time. The pool could use some work. Many tiles have already been removed, making it difficult to lift your feet. Some guests have already suffered injuries. I understand the pool will be renovated at the end of this year. The breakfast could also be more extensive. After two weeks of vacation, much of it feels the same.

Positive: Everything was good, the people working were nice and the pools and food was great. The safari was really worth it. The best activity out of everything.

Negative: There was this one time at one of the buffets, the food didn’t look too good it had something on it and nobody took it out. And the diving wasn’t the best choice, we didn’t get to see anything but one turtle and even the fishes we couldn’t see much. We were expecting to see a dugong cause that’s what we paid for but saw nothing instead.

Positive: It’s our first time and it was really worth it. The food was as expected in a buffet with a lot of choices. Tagine and cardamome restaurants were excellent. We specially liked the safari tour which I highly recommend. The dinner and the show at the desert were superbe.

Negative: I didn’t like the tour at el Quseir as we were harassed and yelled at forcing us to buy at a woofing amount of money. Going back to the hotel all of us were quiet and sad. It’s like we have been robbed upfront.

Positive: This is the best hotel/resort we have stayed in for at least 20 years! The service is second to none. The hotel is clean, comfortable and enjoyable for all the family. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. They will go the extra mile for you.

Negative: There was a member of staff who made my daughter feel uncomfortable. However, we reported this straight away and we were assured this particular member of staff would never work at the hotel again. Indeed, we never saw him again for the duration of our stay. There were no further incidents.
