Positive: Two separate bedrooms with big comfort beds were amazing. The rest facilities were also fine. We had some water, melon and fruits from the host - that was really cute and we were not ready to eat so much! Coffee machine with capsules is also available, so you can stay at home for breakfast and not to look any cafe nearby. After check-out we visited cafe near to gas station and it was fine for having some freshly made pizza or pastry before heading to airport. There is also additional shower outside to clean yourself out of sand from the beach or just to get some freshness during the hot time. Parking is for free outside, but inside is also available, so you don't stress about the rented car. WiFi was the best comparing to many others stays in Italy (more than 25 different locations within last 5-7 years of travel). Luciano (host) is a great guy, who tries to make your stay as comfortable as he only could. He showed us all the shortcuts to the beach and showed public beaches as well. Luciano suggested some restaurant and advised the best lido. He even set up a darts board, so we used that as well to have some challenge between the visitors. 1 umbrella is available at the site in case if you're planning to have a beach day, however we decided to visit private beach nearby with bar/cafe on premises. Grill zone is available, but our stay was too short to use it and we preferred to have some pizza and regular dinner in nearby small cities. If you plan to use it - there is only one small shop nearby, so plan your activities in advance or according to working hours.
Negative: Once you get out from the property and go towards the shop or to the beach - there will be a lot of trash outside. It's not something specific to this property, it's more than some local problem. In Naples you will see it in even worse state, probably this is Italian south specifics. Near the shop (ALDI or something like this) you will see some locals, who are not looking safe. However, we did not had any contact or problems with them, so they just were drinking the beer and throwing empty bottles around them.
Summary: Amazing apartment in quite/not crowded South region of Italy.

Positive: The place was a 10/10, there´s NOTHING that wasn't perfectly prepared or cleaned, but Luciano, the host, gave us a unique experience. Stop searching, this is the perfect place for your next stay!

Positive: Everything was in place and if there was something that we needed, the owner was always present if you need anything or have any difficulties. We enjoyed our stay there alot and would definitely come back again.
