Positive: This place was really great! We stayed there for three nights and it was wonderful. The apartment has everything and there is a beautiful pool on the 3rd floor with a sauna (you need to pay extra, but it is not expensive). There is also a cute café downstairs in the lobby if you want to grab a quick snack or coffee! Would highly recommend.

Negative: The address was wrong, the correct address is: Zornitsa, ul. "Dimitar Dimov" 82, 8018 Burgas, Bulgaria, which is closer to the park.

Positive: I very much appreciated the early check in. The plus: easy self check-in, bed was comfy, compared to the last 3 places I stayed in Bulgaria. Bathroom is spacious. Love the live plants. Nice looking cafe/mini mart in the lobby that I didn't have the chance to use. Easy to catch the local bus and across from the Sea Garden

Negative: Lacking basic amenities that I was used to even from a budget accommodation. Basic decor and furnishings for "upscale" flat. Seems like maybe the cleaner was in a hurry? Simple things were overlooked: rubbish bin in the bathroom was not changed. 1 TP for 4 nights - ran out and had to buy more. Maybe if Booking.com messaging worked, they would've brought more? Should always have a back up toilet paper! Could use a proper kitchen towel, instead of a washcloth. No basic condiments except salt. 2 coffee capsules for a 4 night stay, no sugar, no tea...Dish soap ran out, used body soap to wash dishes. Dish sponges are cheap - I used the already old one in the kitchen to try to clean the mold on the shower door lining. The shower drain is a bit slow - I hate standing in pools of water! Wish there was a squeeze. No foot mat/towel. The dryer lint filter and water tank was full. Guess I didn't read the fine print - thought pool access came with it, but all the spa access is a la carte. Parking, like others said, is an issue.

Summary: Bit disappointed, but overall, I can recommend, if the minor issues are addressed
