Positive: The best air conditioning we had in Italy Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped Friendly host who speaks excellent English Nice breakfast provided Quirky, fun decor Lots of animals and birds on site Good location for Saturnia hot springs Provided a baby cot

Negative: The pool shown in the pictures is actually some sort of spa bath which you have to be taught how to operate and children are not allowed in it - wish we’d known this before we booked Not very well sign posted - Apple Maps took us to the wrong location 5 minutes away and it took longer than necessary to find it

Positive: The hosts were amazing, and the accommodation was well set up. The property is exactly what you would expect from a rural Tuscan farm stay, and the spa tub was a treat to cool off in. The village of Pitigliano is just a few minutes away and well worth the twisting road to get to.
