Positive: Loved the apartment. It was modern, clean & comfortable. The view across to Pitigliano was stunning (especially from the terrace with a bottle of wine). Giorgio is a great host & provides breakfast bits for your first morning & toiletries in the bathroom. Free parking. Fully recommend this place.

Negative: Nothing about the property. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy as it’s hard floors throughout. If you can get the upstairs apartment, do so.

Positive: The place is like clean and new, excellent view of pitigliano, bed is comfortable, owner was nice. Close to town.

Negative: Nothing. But just to note that the hill up to the place is steep.

Positive: Great location directly across from the old town. Wonderful views. Very friendly host who provided a plate of fruits and snacks to enjoy, as well as his company's honey/pollen products. Watched the sunset on the old town from the host's garden. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is accommodating, and a nice selection of coffee and teas. Happy to return another day! So close to the old town, we just walked over from our apartment.

Negative: Internet was a bit weak. Otherwise, nothing wrong, here.

Positive: Excellent apartment in a house to stay with a wonderful view of Pitigliano! The host Giorgio and Claudia were perfect and very helpful with everything - great communication from start to finish. The apartment is fantastic and has all you need - kitchen, wifi, bedroom, garden with a view, parking. Easy 500m walk into town, but you can also take the car and park closer to town. Very recommended and extremely good price/value.
